This is the story behind our truck—and the man behind the oven.
Mitch, our head chef, found his love for food standing next to his mom in the kitchen, learning that the best meals always came with a story. Years later, he moved in with Harman (one of our founders), and that love for food met a whole new flavor—Desi pizza.
From watching Harman’s mom whip up her favorite fusion recipes, to becoming an honorary member of our big, loud, loving Indian family—Mitch didn’t just join our business… he joined our story.
Now, he’s taking the flavors that raised us and turning them into pizzas that tell their own tale. One bite, and you’ll taste it: this isn’t just food—it’s family, culture, and passion all in one slice.
